1. General Policy
- All sales are final for products that have been opened or consumed.
- If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to issue a replacement or refund, subject to the conditions below.
- To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligible Returns
We will accept returns if all the following conditions are met:
- The product is unopened and in its original packaging.
- The product has been stored properly (refrigerated if required).
- You provide a proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially consumed drinks
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or expiration after delivery
- Special promotional items or discounts (unless defective)
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it at no extra cost.
- Contact our support team immediately at lightningenergy.corp@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
6. Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Use a trackable shipping service; we cannot guarantee receipt of your return otherwise.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:
- Take a photo of the issue.
- Email lightningenergy.corp@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
