At Lightning Energy, we take pride in providing high-quality energy drinks. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully.

1. General Policy

  • All sales are final for products that have been opened or consumed.
  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to issue a replacement or refund, subject to the conditions below.
  • To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligible Returns

We will accept returns if all the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unopened and in its original packaging.
  • The product has been stored properly (refrigerated if required).
  • You provide a proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially consumed drinks
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or expiration after delivery
  • Special promotional items or discounts (unless defective)

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it at no extra cost.
  • Contact our support team immediately at lightningenergy.corp@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item.

6. Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Use a trackable shipping service; we cannot guarantee receipt of your return otherwise.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

  1. Take a photo of the issue.
  2. Email lightningenergy.corp@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  3. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
